Cantata!

Mommy took me up to meet Mema and Pepa for a special event…the Jeff High School Christmas Program. It was an amazing event, and I loved every minute! There was lots of holiday cheer and Christmas tunes up on the big stage. It even snowed real snow inside the building! Next year, though, they had better sing Rudolph or I’m making sure that group only gets a lump of coal in their stocking.

Next up on the schedule was Disney On Ice with Riley and Taylor! We arrived at Conseco Fieldhouse at the perfect time and settled in for the skating goodness. As soon as the lights went down, we were mesmerized by the show! We saw all of our favorite characters from the Disney movies, including Mikey, Minnie, Goofy, Aladdin and Jasmine, Belle and The Beast, Cinderella, The Incredibles, Simba and Nala, Buzz and Woody, Mulan, and so many others. They each had a turn telling a story while skating, swooping, and spinning all over the ice. My favorite part was the “Its a Small World” song where they had props and decorations that looked just like the ride from Disney World! Thanks very much to Uncle Manata, Aunt Carrie, Riley, and Taylor for the great afternoon out!

Finally, to wrap it all up, TC and Rene came down to hang out with Parker and I while Mommy and Daddy whooped it up at Festivus with the Byrnes. We had a bunch of fun playing Wii and Monopoly (and, shhhhhh, they let me stay up late…he he :p ). Thanks for coming down and I hope we get to play again soon!
