Birthday Extravaganza Update

My birthday started at Gibby’s Donuts bright and early this morning. We were chowing down by 7:05 so Momma could get to her 8:00 meeting. Momma, Daddy, and Parks sang to me while Momma lit a candle on my chocolate covered donut!

My “party” continued at school with a birthday sticker, book, singing, ice cream treats, and six spankings from Mrs. Godby. Nothin’ says, “Birthday,” like a few whacks on the behind!

When Momma picked me up from school she asked where I would like to go for my birthday dinner. This was my replay:
“I want to go somewhere where they will sing to me.” Momma laughed. I’m not sure why. Anyway, my wish was granted with a trip to Dip It. I got to wear a big funny hat, be sung to in Spanish, and get some cake smashed on my face. I got a little more than I had bargained for!

SIDE NOTE: I have a loose tooth! I told Momma about it last Saturday morning, but no one around here had slowed down long enough to blog about it. Momma thinks the one next to it is getting a little shaky, too! Look out world…Momma says that the awkward stage is about to commence…not so sure what that means….but I bet it’s fun!
