Happy Grandparents’ Day to all the Grandmas, Grandpas, Great-Grandmas, and Great-Grandpas!! Hope you have a great day!

I started at my new school today, Guardian Angel. When Daddy dropped me off, it went really, really well. I was excited because I recognized the classroom from my visit a while ago and was eager to play with all of the new toys. I met some of my new classmates (Alyssa, who was at my old school, and Amber, who can read!) and immediately started running the show by suggesting that I wanted to color, and everyone agreed. So, my new teacher broke out the crayons and we started in while Daddy gave me kisses and hugs before heading out to work.

When Mommy picked me up, things were still on the up-and-up. I had a pretty good day…I meshed in with the kids right off the bat and felt right at home during my first day. The only exception was lunch. At my old school, Mommy and Daddy would pack tried and true favorites every day. At my new school, they make lunch there…and today was sausages?!?! Needless to say, the McDonald’s for dinner was devoured and I’ll have to keep working on the “trying new foods” stuff.

All in all, a good first day at the new place and I’m ready to go back tomorrow!

I have a treat for you guys since Daddy didn’t have to go to work today! Check out the video of my newest moves:

Kung Fu Fighting

Yesterday was Riley and Taylor’s birthday party, and boy did they make a haul!! They didn’t just have a present table, they had a WHOLE ROOM for all their presents!! Now, I’m known to exaggerate from time to time, but they really did have a room full of gifts! I had lots of fun, and Mommy was really proud of me for not opening the presents for Riley and Taylor. It’s hard to be a big girl sometimes. Besides having so much fun running around in the backyard barefoot and running into Aunt Carrie’s fence face first, I had a really great day! I even made a new friend while I was there, Nanny Dana’s niece, Hannah! We had great fun rolling down the hill in the backyard and watching cartoons together.
Thanks for the par-tay, Girls!

Today is a very special day for my cousins, Riley and Taylor…it’s their very first birthday! Happy birthday! I can’t wait to come and party at your house tomorrow! Hope your fingers are warmed up and ready to open lots of presents!
