Big Sister
Well, I think its official and everyone knows…I’m going to be a big sister!
I’ve asked for a little baby girl named Sally, or Ally. I don’t like Mike, or any other boy names. In fact, Daddy and I like to argue about it…I say “Girl!” and he says “Boy!” When he tries reason and logic and explains that there are already 2 girls and only 1 boy, I suggest that Mommy could have a boy and and girl, and that seems to keep him quiet.
Here are the stats so far. Mommy is 12 weeks along. The baby is small…about 3 winz…”this big” (editors note: I have no clue how big a “winz” is). The baby is going to come out in 3 minutes, and it says “knock, knock” when it is ready. I think I’m going to be a good big sister. I know how to run the DVD Player and get fruit snacks from the pantry. I told Daddy that I will teach her numbers and give her a bottle, but I don’t know about sharing my barbies yet.

3 winz!!! Dang, that is small… I mean big. Oh what do I know, I am still a baby! You are so lucky to be getting a baby brother or sister! You will be a great role model. You already taught me a thing or two!

You are going to be the best big sister ever! I can’t wait to meet the new little edition to the Lawson family. You are going to be able to help teach her (or him) so many new things. You will have fun together (and maybe someday even get in trouble together) Congratulations!
