We started out the morning with a leisurely wake-up and play time before we hit Denny’s for breakfast. I had the pancakes and scarfed down the cherries first, as usual. After breakfast, we tootled around town and listened to music for a while before heading home for a nice walk around the neighborhood (it was a nice day!). Then, we watched Mommy’s movie and started to lay down for a nap before I made it perfectly clear that I wasn’t tired. But, I was being a very good girl about it, and had been all day, so Mommy and Daddy packed me up and we headed for Chuck E. Cheese!
When we first got there, I was a little taken back by it all. There were lots of games, music, and playground stuff. So, we dropped some tokens in to some games and I won lots and lots of tickets playing Skee Ball, Squirt Gun, Stomp the Spider, and lots of other games that were great. Then, we sat down and I ate my whole cheese pizza while I watch the mouse sing and dance. I guess that Uncle Manata would be my perfect date at Chuck E. Cheese because I liked to watch from a safe distance, but didn’t really want to hang out up by the ‘tage.
After we ate, we hit the game floor again for another round of ticket collecting before cashing out my 130 tickets for a multi-colored crayon and two plastic bracelets. I had such a blast and was exhausted from all the fun. But, we hit the Fashion Mall on our way out to check out a few stores, then worked our way home and right to bed.
