Summer Fun

I went to Indy on Monday to get my legs checked out by Dr. Berrios…like Cherrios!! He said that I have knocked-knees and flat feet…what a winning combination!! I got three x-rays taken and everything checked out okay. Mommy and Daddy held my hand the whole time while they took the pictures of my legs. Even though I smiled for the pictures, I didn’t see my face when the doctor showed Mommy and Daddy the pictures. All that cuteness wasted!! I am most likely going to grow out of the knocked-knee situation, but I may forever have flat feet. No big deal!

Yesterday, Mommy and I spent the whole day in Lafayette. We visited Ganny, Aunt Hilly, and the whole Greenbush Peds gang. It was really fun and I LOVED playing in the waiting room with all the cool toys!! After, we met Mema (Grandma Macy and not to be confused with “NEMO”) at the mall. We strolled around and then we ate lunch with TC!! I loved feeding him my french fries! When we went back to Mema’s, Mommy tried to lay me down for a nap…with NO luck! So guess who showed up then?!? DADDY!! We all went swimming in the pool and had lots of fun. Mommy tried to lay me down for another nap and guess what happened? I didn’t sleep again! Silly Mommy! Then it was time to head for home. Dinner, bath, and bed.

Today, Mommy and I went to the Lebanon Library! I played with their toys and got some books. We headed over to the movie theater for the free family movie, but Mommy was mumbling something about 2 bus loads of kids and several church camp buses being there. I just noticed a line of little people going out of the theater! We didn’t go inside. Instead, we went to the park and then swimming in my little pool at home. I’m about to eat some lunch now…have a great day, everyone!
