Ganny came down to see me today, like usual. But, instead of hanging around in Lebanon all day, she packed me up and we went to Lafayette! We didn’t head back home for the regular night-time routine. Yup…I told her that I wanted to spend the night and Mommy and Daddy were just going to have to live with it.
Since I last wrote, I got another tooth! On Tuesday, everyone noticed another chomper poking through on the bottom, right next to the one I already have. Check it out:
I had to go to the doctor’s office yesterday. They said I checked out fine, but I had to get 3 shots anyway!?! But, I am such a trooper that I cried just long enough to let everyone know that this wasn’t my favorite thing, and then I was happy baby again. In fact, I was more vocal about getting dressed again than I was about the sticks.
I got to see Mommy today on her last day of school for the year. I guess I was expecting to see Daddy, too, because I kept saying “da-da-da-da-da” all through the awards ceremony.
Wow!! It’s been a busy week for Mommy and me. On Wednesday I got to go to the track meet and watch all of Mommy’s kids run races, jump, and throw. They all thought I was pretty cute. What can I say, they’ve got good taste. On Thursday, I got to see all of Mommy’s kids again at their promotion party. On Friday I went to see my cousin J.J. graduate from kindergarten in Bloomington. Whew, that was a big day! And today I got my pictures taken at Celebrity Kids Portrait Studio. Daddy’s friend, Marvin and his wife Vicki, own the store so we got the royal treatment. After that, we went to a book sale in a big warehouse. Mommy made Daddy and me go with her. She sure looked pretty funny dragging around a box with a string tied to it up and down the isles of books! It looked like a pretty cool toy to me. You know, everyone buys me all these really cool toys, but a box with a string could keep me busy for hours, or at least a few minutes. Well that’s all for now…I need to take a nap with Daddy; he’s getting a little fussy!
I finally got that tooth that I’ve been “drooling” over for the past few weeks!!! Christy found it this morning and told Mommy about it when she came to pick me up. I just wish everyone would quit sticking their fingers in my mouth to feel it! By the way, it’s my bottom front chomper, but I know that snaggly tooth on top is ready to roll any day now. Other than that exciting news, Mommy has six days of school left with the “monsters,” and Daddy keeps working hard on my web page ( http://morganlawson.net ). Well I’m off to have my night cap before bedtime. Night everyone!
Hi all. I bet you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately. Well, I’ve been very hard at work trying to get my diary converted over to Daddy’s new server. There are lots of reasons that we wanted to move it over there, but the biggest one is because it is cool that Daddy is running his own server!
